I had a leak from underneath the area of the refrigerator where the power supply and microwave is also located. There is plumbing behind and they rapidly found the leak and eliminated other areas by inspection. They also plugged in my trailer until I could go back to get it. Great service, thanks Jim and your staff.

My wife and I have purchase many RV's over our 40 years of marriage. We purchased Trailers, Class C's and Class A's.

We have always purchased from RV Dealers where the experience first received was exactly as one would hope.

Service personal were responsive when needed and or the sales personal right from the get go, creating a welcoming atmosphere. More importantly this welcoming atmosphere continued throughout the RV selection process.

I first discovered the Comox Valley RV Dealership last year as my brother in law and I took a drive here. Didn't make a purchase. Just wanted to look at Class B's and Class B+.
Dan greeted us and took us through the different units that we might be interested in.

Right away I was impressed with Dan and the courtesy given to us on this our first visit.

So last week my wife and I decided to visit this Dealership.
Again greeted by Dan. Same welcoming, same courtesy as my first visit.

Rare these days to fine such an operation as this one.
Their pricing is spot on! No need to go through the stressful pain of getting a decent price. You just know great service will follow hence why the 5 star rating already!

We are very impressed with our 2022 Passport 282 QB and with the whole sales experience.

Marshall the sales manager was very helpful with sending us specific details during our selection phase and quickly sending quotes for the various options we wanted on a different trailer.

The sale was effortless, I sat in the lobby and enjoyed the spring sunshine while Marshall and Yan handled the paperwork.

When we arrived to pick it up it was thoroughly inspected by the service department and they walked us though the trailer answering any questions. Our rental truck was missing the hitch sleeve but the parts department came to the rescue and supplied a sleeve so the crew was able to install and setup the hitch correctly.

It was full of propane and water, completely ready to go camping. So great! We spent the first weekend of February camping in the Alberni Valley and stayed warm and cozy inside. We continue to find new things we like about the trailer that we hadn’t seen before. It really is the Swiss Army knife of trailers!

We were able to run the furnace all night when the temps got to -4 celsius and charge back up in 7 hours of direct sun. This is with the factory installed Solar Flex 400 package, I’d highly recommend. So convenient to have the whole trailer inverted and the service department has a good working knowledge of RV solar systems. They have a very clean and organized shop and have the ability to tackle some future modifications I had in mind like inverted AC.

Looking forward to many more years of memories in our Passport.

5 star service! This was our first time renting an rv and it could not have been easier. The drop off and pick up option is the best! Lori looked after our request and answered all our questions, and we had many! The driver set the rv up for us and explained all the features before we needed to ask even more questions. I was so impressed with the trailer I got this year from them. It was my first time renting from Comox Valley RV and what a difference, compared to the other RV Rental places I have used in the past. Never had this kind of experience.
